Could you be our evaluation partner for an exciting new digital inclusion programme?
SCVO is a delivery partner for Digital Health and Care Scotland’s Digital Inclusion Programme and we’re now seeking a dynamic evaluation partner to join us.
The Digital Inclusion Pogramme responds to a need to increase access to digital solutions and has focused on two specific areas:
- People using housing services (primarily the social housing sector), and
- People accessing mental health services/support.
Our approach to this programme recognises that there is a collective responsibility on organisations to ensure that where people choose to engage in digital health and care services, they have the support they need to access these as part of person-centred care. Our work is underpinned by the ‘Pillars to Practice’ framework, developed specifically for this programme.
Through this evaluation, we’re keen to explore our impact from three distinct perspectives:
- People impact – the benefits of being digitally included for individuals and how this is supporting them in their health and wellbeing;
- Policy and practice impacts - supporting mental health and housing (and wider health and social care) to embed digital inclusion as part of working practice;
- Economic benefits –the economic value of digitally including individuals to support their community connections and overall health and wellbeing.
We’re looking for an adaptive and flexible partner who can respond to the evaluation needs of the programme as work continues to evolve. This will involve:
- Building an understanding of the programme structure and tailoring an evaluation approach that will complement the complexities of the outcomes and stakeholders involved.
- Producing insight, recommendations and actions in appropriate formats (including an overall final programme evaluation report) that can articulate the value and impact of the programme and inform future digital inclusion across the health and social care landscape.
